Humans naturally gain weight over time. It’s easy to find foods that when eaten in large quantities cause you to gain weight. However, try to think of a food that if you eat in large quantities will make you lose weight. There aren’t any. The point is, we, as humans have a natural propensity to gain weight.
Nature is a very important part of our world. We are all naturally occurring life forms on this earth. The earth itself has many other naturally occurring living things – plants, animals, and fish of the seas. If we realize that all other life forms on this planet are living from the natural circumstances in which they find themselves – that is, they eat and drink that which they can find in the wild. They do not process or package their food, they do not add things to it in any way. The animals and the plants are able to fulfill their full potential without any additions. Weight loss is easy for them.
If we place ourselves in a place where we too, can live by these natural principles, easy weight loss is achievable. We will eat lean sources of protein including beef, chicken, and fish; organic if you can.
