Snacking is like a disaster especially when you are losing (or trying to) weight. It’s a habit which is hard to change and to fight with and the worst thing is that snacks usually consist of the “worst” products for the diet and your figure.

Second worst thing which don’t allow me to fight the snacking is our vending machine down the corridor. Every day some invisible power makes me buy fizzy drinks, chocolate bars and crisps moving my weight loss goals even further.

Research have revealed that $45 a month are spent on snacks every month by average person and I’m pretty sure that I do more than that and thing that makes me worried is that these snacks are 100% unhealthy and calorie rich. To help me in my battle with snacking at work, my friend who lost her weight gave me few tips. They are:

Tip number one is to remain calm. Stress causes us to eat something (something calorie rich in most cases) that’s why it’s good to plan the work properly and stick to the planned to avoid unpleasant surprises.
