HCG Fat Reduction Technique, swift and dependable manner of Getting rid of Unwanted Weight

Jason Brinkley | August 10, 2011

Perhaps no other weight loss program will make you lose weight as fast as and with less trouble than the HCG weight Loss method. Past and current users will attest to its ability to drop excess weight at a rate of a pound or two in a daily basis and this without demanding that you engage in any kind of exhausting exercise routines. All you have to do is to follow the prescribed diet and ingest the required daily amount of HCG hormone for 23 days. There are no serious HCG side-effects to speak of, so you regain your normal weight with least amount of trouble.

Various other diet plans will give you fits sweating it out there in the workout floor while you are watching for great results which just take a long time to occur. The HCG system won’t permit you to experience these types of annoyances. It provides a five hundred calorie daily detoxing diet regime making it extremely hard for people to not shed weight. Almost certainly you are thinking if this kind of diet regime includes unpleasant risks.Definitely you will find virtually no reason for worry. The HCG hormone which your diet regime stimulates has abilities which make the minimal calorie absorption entirely safe and sound. To begin with, it boosts the rate of metabolism. Additionally, it controls the degree of food yearnings.

The reason why the HCG program does not lead to intense hunger pangs or weakening depend on the powers of the HCG. With the accelerated metabolic process, not only does the body shed excess fat fast, it also has the appropriate energy level needed to maintain proper functioning that prevents the typical side effects of the HCG diet from worsening. The rapid fat burning releases around 4000 calories, more than enough to offset the rather drastic drop in calorie consumption.

The only way HCG diet dangers can pose problems to the smooth implementation of the program is when you neglect to closely observe the protocols of the program. In no way you are allowed to deviate from the HCG diet recipe.

Every day the 500 calorie limit as well as the detox nature of the diet should be observed. This should not be difficult. All the things you need to do to successfully implement the program are provided in the book “Pounds and Inches” which Dr. Simeon, the founder of the diet, himself wrote.

Free HCG Diet Recipes, Part 5

Amelia Handley | May 3, 2010

Looking for a few good free HCG diet recipes? Look no further. This is the last in a series of articles releasing some really yummy, easy HCG approved recipes. All are pulled from the HCG Diet Direct Recipe Guide.

The availability of recipes is an extremely helpful tool on the diet. Almost every dieter who is aware of the possibility cites it as the most helpful tool/supplement they were able to find to help them navigate the homeopathic HCG diet. Limiting yourself to 500 calories per day and a very short list of foods is very hard. But it’s much harder when dieters don’t know what they can do with the foods they’re allowed. Accessing free HCG diet recipes gives them a taste of the variety that can come with mixing it up a bit! Try this recipe:

Recipe for Garlic Roast:

Ingredients:

3 lb. lean beef roast, fat removed

onion, 1/2, chunked

garlic, large cloves, 6 to 8

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon

chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon

cayenne, 1/4 teaspoon

sea salt, 1 teaspoon

pepper to taste

water as needed

Heat the oven to 350. Place your 3 lb. roast in a pan. Cut slits (about 6) in the top of the roast. One piece of cut garlic goes in each of the slits. Mix the spices in a bowl so you can easily rub them on the roast. Fill the bottom of the roasting pan about 1 and a 1/2 inches deep with water. Add garlic and onion to the water. Cook your roast for about 50 to 55 minutes. (Time may very depending upon roast size and oven). Don’t forget that one serving of protein is 3 oz.

This is another HCG approved recipe that works well for a group setting. If you have to host a gathering while on the HCG diet the Garlic Roast is a good choice. You’ll be sticking to the rules set down by your homeopathic HCG dieting protocol and your guests will love the roast!

It’s my 23rd HCG Day!

Amelia Handley | January 25, 2010

I’ve been on the homeopathic HCG diet program for 23 days. Since I’m only doing a 25 day program that means I’m almost done! When I discovered where to buy oral HCG online without a prescription I had no idea that the program would be this successful or seem this short.

This morning I got up and weighed myself. I weighed in at 152. That’s two pounds less than yesterday. That’s a good thing because yesterday I didn’t lose any weight. (Actually I went up by one pound). I think I may be in the habit of weighing myself every morning regardless if I’m on a program requiring it or not. That should make maintenance of the weight loss easier.

I took my B-Total drops immediately after I weighed myself. (This is my favorite tool that I found when I found where to buy oral HCG online without a prescription). I went to take my HCG after I took the B-Total, but then I remembered that you don’t take the HCG drops during the last three days of the low calorie diet. For lunch I made asparagus and filet mignon. I also had grapefruit and Melba Toasts.

At dinner I put together the Buffalo Chicken salad. I overdid the sauce and it was REALLY strong, but I still really liked it. With my salad I had strawberries and Melba Toasts.

I also tried to focus on water a lot. I always considered myself a big water drinker, but doing the homeopathic HCG diet has made me question myself. Apparently I never drank enough water. So that’s just one more good habit that I’ve developed during the course of the diet. I’d say that on average I probably doubled the amount of water I drink in a day.

Throughout the last 23 days I’ve lost 19 pounds. I’m really happy with that. The average weight loss is 1 to 2 pounds per day, but men lose more weight on average so I think that being 4 pounds short of the low end of the average is pretty good! 19 pounds is a definite difference!

Day 20 on HCG!

Amelia Handley | January 23, 2010

It feels so good to say that I’m on Day 20 of my 25 day HCG therapy for weight loss program. Although I have to point out that even after the 25 day program is complete I still need to stick to the requirements set forth for the maintenance diet. According to the HCG therapy for weight loss protocol the maintenance portion has to be followed for twenty six additional days.

But still…Day 20 sounds utterly fabulous! And I’m going to go with the utterly fabulous feeling today. I got on the scale this morning and I stayed the same. But my jeans are lose and I need to go buy a belt so I’m not in the least depressed that I’ve stayed the same for a day.

I took my B-Total and then took my first dose of HCG. I took my other two doses of HCG as I normally do; right before lunch and right before dinner. I’ve become really accustomed to the schedule of not eating/drinking for 15 minutes before I take it and then not eating or drinking anything for 15 minutes afterwards. I thought I’d hate that and mess it up all the time, but it wasn’t as difficult as I imagined.

I went out to buy a new blender (since my old one broke months ago) because I really like the sound of some of the smoothie recipes in the HCG Diet Direct Cookbook. The first one I decided to try was Orange Slush. I made it for lunch along with grilled chicken, asparagus and Melbas. I really like the slush and know the kids will love it, too. I immediately decided they could have it for breakfast before school tomorrow.

Dinner was baby spinach, Melba Toasts and grilled chicken. I got the baby spinach recipe from the HCG cookbook. I know that I’m not supposed to eat the same protein for lunch and dinner in the same day, but I was feeling extra, extra lazy and I broke that rule. There was already leftover chicken in the fridge, after all.

The kids were already in bed when I remembered that I was due a serving of fruit. I decided to go for another Orange Slush. Of course the blender made so much noise that the kids ended up in the kitchen. So we all had some. And they DO want it for breakfast in the morning! They thought it was fabulous.

I’m on Day 17 of My HCG Diet

Amelia Handley | January 17, 2010

This is Day 17 of my 25 day homeopathic HCG weight loss program. I get online periodically to check out info on the diet and today I was looking through some diet pill reviews that were listed along with some reviews of the HCG programs out there. It made me more positive than ever that the homeopathic method of weight loss is far better than the alternatives!

It sounded like some of the popular weight loss pills have some pretty heavy duty health issues that are cropping up as side effects; at least that’s what some of the diet pill reviews were saying. I, of course, forwarded all of the scary diet pill reviews to my HCG dieting buddy, Lisa’s, husband. He was a nay-sayer when we were discussing doing the homeopathic HCG diet. So I wanted to remind him again how right I was and how wrong he was.

If you’re wondering who the heck Lisa is then I bet you’re new to this article series (or you haven’t been paying attention; shame on you!) Lisa is my HCG dieting buddy. I called and talked her into approaching the homeopathic HCG diet with me in the beginning. We started simultaneously and we’ve got a side bet; the person to lose the most weight gets a pair of jeans courtesy of the loser.

Lisa’s husband on the other hand was not sold on the diet right away. He was pretty unsure of the benefits. He didn’t believe me when I told him about the average weight loss numbers and the case studies. He eventually gave in, but I do continually remind him of the positives of HCG and the negatives of the alternatives just in case he starts to forget that I was right. So it’s only natural that I would forward the negative diet pill reviews his way.

So on day 17 I was so excited that I’m so far into the diet and I’m doing so well and then…I didn’t lose any weight! I’m still at 156. But I’m thinking positively and going to say that at least I didn’t gain any weight. That’s definitely far worse than sticking at the same weight.

Today I did well. I took my HCG as recommended. I took my B-Total Sublingual as recommended. I didn’t eat Melba Toasts today because it’s supposed to be one of the plateau breakers. I figured I should try one of them since I stuck at 156 today. For lunch I grilled a steak. It was huge so I stored some for later. I’ve really been loving the leftovers on this diet. With my steak I had strawberries and green tea. For dinner I went with chicken asparagus soup. Since the weather is so cold it was nice to have warm soup. Strawberries made a showing again as a late night snack. I did really want my Melba Toasts throughout the day, but I withstood the temptation. I’m hoping the plateau breaker will make a difference. We’ll see tomorrow.

HCG Diet: Day 19

Amelia Handley |

It’s Day 19 on my HCG diet. And I’m down another pound. This is just getting more and more exciting. It’s like a really fabulous game and I’m totally winning.

So when I got on the scale this morning it was a little later than usual. But I figured it can’t be too off because I hadn’t eaten anything. I got up with my daughter because she was sick. Once I had her back to sleep I figured I might as well stay up for the day. I was already out and about cleaning the house and what not so I didn’t think to go back in my room to weight myself until mid-morning.

But I did go down a pound. I’m at 154. That’s a total of 17 pounds of weight loss so far. Not bad, right? I’m pretty impressed with the results. I was told that the average weight loss ranged from 1 to 2 pounds of weight loss per day with men experiencing the higher averages. (Isn’t that just annoyingly typical?) So far I’m pretty dang close to those fabulous weight loss averages so I’m happy.

I ran across a few HCG Diet Direct reviews on the computer today (I’m a total Internet surfers) and I decided the I should leave one or two of my own. There should be HCG Diet Direct reviews all over the Internet considering these results! This isn’t the first time I’ve dieted or undertaken some other type of program intended to result in weight loss (exercise, yuck!) and I’ve never seen results like these.

I love that I’m learning to cook my foods in a healthy way. I love that I’ve learned to incorporate healthy foods throughout the day instead of opting for easy, but very unhealthy options that are popular in today’s society. For instance, today I had the rest of my leftover, lean steak for lunch with Melba Toasts and half a grapefruit.

For dinner I had Buffalo Chicken Salad from the HCG Diet Direct Cookbook. I added an apple and Melba Toasts on the side and I was all set. I’ll have to make sure to add a referral for the cookbook when I get online to leave my HCG Diet Direct reviews since I’ve found it to be utterly amazing.

HCG Diet: Day 18

Amelia Handley | January 15, 2010

Day 18 started off quite pleasantly. I weighed in and I went down a pound. Whew! I thought I’d be stuck at the 156 plateau forever! Well, three days felt like forever anyway.

I woke up this morning bright and early and the birds were singing. Do I sound like a sarcastic radio host right now? I’m being serious. The birds woke me up this morning; I was pretty thoroughly annoyed. But I did remember to get on the scale first thing and I was down to 155. That was marvelous; just one pound down, but it seemed like a huge deal since I’ve been stuck for days at the same weight.

I took my B-Total first (yeah extra energy) and then took my HCG. I had some Green Tea. It’s still yucky, but it does help me lose weight so I put up with it!

I drank several glasses of water throughout the morning. Then for lunch I had leftover chicken asparagus soup. I really like that stuff. I didn’t think it sounded fabulous when I decided to try it, but it’s really quite good!

I added Melba Toasts back in today (I broke the plateau so I’m thinking I don’t need to forego the only starch I’m allowed anymore). So I had Melba Toasts with my soup at lunch and then I had an apple in the afternoon. I squeezed lemon juice on it; I’m really getting attached to that little trick.

Dinner was another leftover: steak from yesterday’s lunch. I had Spicy 3 Pepper Melba Toasts with it as well as a handful of strawberries and sliced tomato. I used this new dressing on it that seems to be HCG appropriate: Maple Grove Farms of Vermont’s Balsamic Vinaigrette. If you haven’t tried it yet you should get yourself out to the grocery store and find it. It’s amazing.

Day 16! Still on the HCG Diet!

Amelia Handley |

Having completed Day 16 on the HCG diet means that I’m more than halfway through the low calorie portion of the diet. It’s a pretty exciting landmark in the course of the diet, I think. It started off with 2 loading days (during which I ate tons of fatty foods). The loading days are intended to accelerate the rate at which the body absorbs the HCG. Then I started the next 23 days of low calorie dieting (500 calories)! This is a personal choice. The lengths of the programs vary.

After the 23rd day on the very low calorie diet comes the HCG maintenance diet. I’m kind of big on preparation (or some might call it unnecessary torture since I don’t really have to worry about this extension of the diet for quite a bit). During the HCG maintenance diet you can eat as much food of any type of food you choose (up to 1500 calories per day). There are, of course, some heft exceptions to this eat anything rule. During the HCG maintenance diet you cannot eat: sugar, dextrose, sucrose, honey, molasses, high fructose corn syrup, corn syrup, starch of any kind, artificial sweeteners, fast food, trans fat, and nitrites.

When I first read it that seemed like a pretty big list of exceptions, but in comparison to the short list of approved foods while on the low calorie portion of the diet it’s no biggie! 1500 calories is a massive increase from 500, right? And I’m definitely accustomed to limiting my food intake after the 500 calorie portion of the diet. All this weight loss has definitely been inspiring me to keep heading in the right direction.

The recap is now officially over and we need to get down to the nitty gritty of day 16. I weighed in at 156. I’m not really sure why I stuck at the same weight because I did really well with my foods yesterday, but sometimes that happens. In response I went ahead and forced down some green tea today and aimed to drink tons more water.

I took my drops (both HCG and B-Total) as required throughout the day. I don’t think the timing is that difficult. It sounded annoying at first, but 15 minutes of no food/drink before and after isn’t really that big of a deal. I go 15 minutes without food/drink all the time.

On day 16 I focused on leftovers. At lunch I had leftover green onion burger with Melba toasts and grapefruit. For dinner I had leftover chicken (the last of it) with strawberries and more Melba Toasts. I drank a ton of water. And I’m hoping I’ll drop down in weight again tomorrow; fingers crossed!

Still Rolling on HCG…Day 16!

Amelia Handley |

Day 16 on the HCG Diet. That means I’ve only less than 10 days left on the low calorie portion of the diet. Just to recap in case some of you are just joining us or in case some of you are forgetful: the diet starts off with 2 days of loading. Loading is taking in as much fatty calories as possible. This increases the absorption of the HCG into the body. After loading the very low calorie diet begins (500 calories per day). This lasts for 23 more days.

After the low calorie portion of the diet the maintenance diet kicks in. On the maintenance you apparently can eat as much as you want of anything you want up to 1500 calories per day and excluding a pretty short list of items. You can’t have sweeteners: sugar, dextrose, honey, molasses, artificial sweeteners, corn syrups, etc. You also can’t have any nitrites, fast food or Trans fat. And you can’t have any starch whatsoever. Man I’m going to miss homemade bread by the time this is all over. Or maybe I won’t even like it anymore…who knows?

Whew! That’s quite the list I thought. So while the food intake is going to jump considerably I have to point out that I’m still going to be feeling strapped when it comes to what I can and can’t eat. But that’s just me. And I’m getting accustomed to the feeling. It’s not too bad; especially when my weight is going down so drastically.

The recap is now officially over and we need to get down to the nitty gritty of day 16. I weighed in at 156. It’s my 21st Day!

Amelia Handley |

The results I’ve seen on the HCG hormone therapy program are absolutely amazing. So it shouldn’t amaze me that there continues to be massive amounts of online and person to person discussion of the benefits of HCG dieting. I’m amazed by my own fabulous results so I guess it’s only natural that there are countless other people out there being just as amazed by their own weight loss.

During the course of my program I’ve lost 18 pounds. I’ve gone from 171 pounds down to 153. (That’s what I weighed this morning, Day 21, when I got on the scale). That’s one pound down from yesterday’s 154. I have to say…I love these fabulous results.

I have a new ability to note, as well. I’ve noticed that being on the HCG diet has given me the new (and amazing) ability to limit my portion sizes. I am also fully capable of cooking up a healthy meal with only a tiny bit of fuss and less time than driving to the nearest drive thru and back. I am also so much more capable of reaching for healthy snacks in the midst of a busy day rather than the tried and true favorites like candy or cheese crackers or soda.

So I’ve got several very noticeable improvements that I can actually take note of and see an lifestyle improvements. I’m satisfied with the weight loss I’ve achieved. And I’m very excited about the fact that my new habits are going to make it likely that I’ll be in a better place health-wise for the long run. The HCG hormone therapy requirements forced me to follow through on my annually reiterated new year’s resolution to cook and eat healthier.

I weighed myself first and then took my B Total and HCG. For lunch I had more HCG and then leftover soup and Melba Toasts. I also had grapefruit. For dinner I pulled out leftover grilled chicken. I added strawberries and Melba Toasts to finish it off. I threw some vanilla flavored Stevia on my strawberries, but I overdid it. Apparently if you put too much it’s NOT good!

I looked it up and someone else who had completed the HCG hormone therapy had discussed that the Stevia is really strong and you only need a tiny, tiny bit. So that made sense. I’ll know for next time. I ate it anyway, of course. I didn’t want to waste the strawberries and it wasn’t disgusting, it was just far too overwhelming for the little bowl of strawberries. Next time I’ll cut back on how many drops I use for sure!
