Don’t Ignore Your Anxiety Attacks

You may see your ex love at a social event and it would be perfectly normal to have some level of anxiety in that situation but when that anxiety builds up and up until it makes you worry over every detail of your evening then it is time to realize that it has become a problem.
If you are afraid of open spaces then you know what that going into an open space will cause you to have a panic or anxiety attack. Some people will know that certain animals will have the same effect, rats and spiders come to mind. As crazy as it sounds this is a good think, at least you know exactly what causes your anxiety or panic attacks, imagine if you had multiple trigger points.
The trigger for an anxiety attack can vary with the situation for most people. At times of stress panic can trigger the body’s reaction to high levels of stress which usually involves large amounts of chemicals which give us the strength to run away or stand and defend ourselves. Also known as the fight or flight reaction this can often be the main reason behind any panic attack.
We are all scared of different things, a situation that causes one person to have high levels of fear will not make another person blink an eye. It is true that no two people are alike. How do you know you are feeling fear? Usually your heart rate will increase, you will sweat and you may have feelings of nausea.
Symptoms can be a mixed when concerning panic. But any panic sufferer will attest to the immense feeling of anxiety that comes along with an anxiety panic attack. The good thing about an anxiety panic attack is that in most cases they can be controlled. Exercise, controlled breathing, a healthy diet, relaxation, even just someone to listen, all of these can things can help control panics. For many people the way to go is to find out what causes the panic attack and then learn how they can take away or reduce that factor in their life.
Understanding anxiety is a goal every person who has anxiety hopes for. Many anxiety sufferers feel no one understands, anxiety can make your life miserable, but you can beat it.
