Acne Tips: Get Rid of Body Acne and Back Pimples Fast

Kim Hartley | December 18, 2009

When we think of those uninvited quests, we tend to think of in-laws or friends we don’t really care to see. That’s not the uninvited quests I’m talking about. These particular uninvited quests usually show up at the most inopportune time, we really don’t want them, and they stay entirely too long. Have you guessed yet? Here’s another clue; they don’t appear at our front door, but most often on our face. Yes, you guessed right! Pimples!

They are most visible on our face, but what about the ones that are not so noticeable, back pimples or body acne. What does cause them? They can be irritated by the clothing we wear which just makes the situation worse.

What does cause back pimples? Here are some explanations:

Anyone of any age can be affected by back pimples. Clogged pores and possible hormone imbalance can be a factor. Back pimples, especially can be affected by clogged pores due to the fact they are covered most of the time, and as we sweat and create excess oil, the pores become clogged allowing bacteria to grow.

What can we do to get a handle on this?

Simply by following some simple steps you can get your mild to moderate body acne under control. If you think your problem is too severe, seek advice from your dermatologist.

Exercising should not be a concern even though you will probably sweat. Taking some precautions can assure it won’t irritate your skin. Dry off quickly without scrubbing or rubbing, shower as soon as possible and change into dry clothing. When showering use a mild, oil free cleanser on your back as it will be less irritating to your skin.

Wearing clothes made from wool and Lycra, or that are tight fitting and confining can hold in the sweat. Instead wear clothing of100% cotton, it will be less irritating. To stop bacteria from growing, change and wash bed linens often with a mild detergent, that will be less irritating to your skin. The faster you get back pimples and body acne under control the less chance it will become more severe and cause scarring.

You do have choices to control your body acne and back pimples and the scars they can leave behind. A new comprehensive proven solution from Zenmed will treat your acne safely, effectively and quickly with no messy lotions or creams. You need to give it a try, why not right now.

Choosing the Right Acne Free Treatment

Kim Hartley | December 16, 2009

It’s unfortunate that everyone cannot have that clear, peaches and cream complexion. It truly seems unfair. At some point we all have had to combat acne or acne scarring to some degree. That is basically the reason behind so many people on the look out for that acne free treatment that really works, and works fast.

Acne can happen to anyone at any point in their live. So no matter how old you are you want to find out what works best, is most effective, safe and affordable. Here are some tips that can help you to become acne free.

Aloe Vera has been around for a long time. Mostly we think of it for treating burns because it is soothing to the skin. Actually, it can be good for acne and acne scarring. Simply apply the juice directly to your skin, you’ll be pleasantly surprised. Be sure to keep some handy.

By putting a little toothpaste directly to the blemish, it will reduce inflammation and the redness that can occur.

Try an orange peel for a fast fix. Grind the peel adding water and apply directly on your face. Leave it for about 15-20 minutes, then rinse well.

Water is a great way to keep your skin healthy. We know we need it for out bodies, but your skin needs it as well. Drink at least eight 8oz glasses every day.

By applying cold water or even ice to the infected area, it will help to reduce swelling and redness. Do it before going to bed. When you wake the next morning, you will be amazed.

You can combine these tips with the many readily available over the counter products on the market today. Be mindful of the ingredients of any product you choose. It’s best not to have them loaded with chemicals, as that can further damage the skin. Look for an acne system, rather than just one product that stands alone.

Your system should consist of a cleanser, moisturizer and a dietary supplement (to work from the inside). Don’t forget to take a look at the ingredients to make sure it will be gentle and soothing to the skin. Products with harsh soaps and chemicals can be drying and damaging to the skin, making matters worse.
