You Can Stop Smoking Naturally

Once you pass that point, it is almost impossible to quit. The first step in quitting is wanting to do it. You must really want to quit. It is possible though, and you can stop smoking naturally.
Smokers usually do not care about all of the money that could be saved from quitting. Purchasing cigarettes has already become a priority. Smokers do not care that their ceilings and walls are stained or that they are always pungent with the odor of an ashtray.
You even know that you can die or get Cancer. While all of these reasons are perfectly legitimate, they are just not enough reasons to help make you quit. I can tell you a reason to make you want to quit. I can share with you the number one reason that you help you truly want to quit. Would you like to be able to endure a six hour plane flight? Would you like to be able to hold yourself from leaving a warm building in order to stand in sub zero temperatures so you can take a few hits off a cigarette? Would you like to finish a meal for once without leaving the table or not worry about how you will survive a new job that will not allow smoking breaks? Do you keep extra cartons of cigarettes around worried that there might be a natural disaster that will make cigarette purchasing impossible? If the answer is yes, then you despise the cigarette having control over you.
Gather up all your hatred and learn to despise the cigarette. You do not need to be controlled. This is the second step to helping yourself stop smoking. The first step is admitting that you are ready to try and quit. If you have already tried to quit once but failed, do not be discouraged. That is a good sign. It means that you are getting closer to committing yourself one hundred percent towards quitting. You will have more success at quitting. Go ahead. Hate that cigarette.
Now, once you are at this point, the point that you sincerely wish you could stop smoking. Let me tell you how you can actually stop without any help from anyone. You can stop smoking completely naturally without buying any products. Is it hard? Yes. You will need to be strong. You can stop smoking within a year. How do you do it?
You wait. You wait for a boost. The most perfect boost you can get for jump starting your attempt to quit smoking is this. Very simple. You wait until you get a cold. A cold that gives you a sore throat. A cold that gives you a fever. A cold that gives you a stuffed nose and cough. You wait until you are so sick that you can’t smoke.
With this type of cold, you will go three whole days without lighting up. This is your boost. Do not light up on the fourth day. You have already gone many hours without smoking. It will not be so hard to resist the urge. Take this moment to destroy any cigarettes laying around, no matter how much you paid for them. Destroy them deliberately and with pleasure. You can do it.
Now, you just resist the urges by doing things you normally don’t do when you were smoking. Go swimming for example. Read support forums on the web. Cut up straws and pretend they are cigarettes. The urges will gradually fade away and you will then hate cigarettes even more than a non smoker. Good luck!
